Physical activity has been part of my daily routine for several years now. It is essential for my physical and mental health. I always had the best intentions when I work out, and thought that I knew how to get stronger, faster and fitter to be able to get better at obstacle racing, which is a major interest of mine. I was doing crossfit, boxing, body pump, HIIT, etc and yet I still felt that I was hitting a plateau.

I've known Peter for many years now and I was very intrigued by his holistic approach to individual programme design. I thought if I want to become the best version of me, Peter is the person I want to work with. This certainly required a lot of energy and commitment but it also gave me a sense of purpose and drive thanks to Peter’s relentless guidance and encouragement. It only took a couple of months to see the changes in my fitness level.

I am grateful that Peter took a personal interest in me, listened to me, asked the right questions, made a full assessment and created a program that is entirely tailored to my needs and to tackle my weaknesses.

With every passing week I can see the difference and I cannot wait to see each week's new program. This certainly adds novelty and keeps me motivated. I fully trust coach Peter and I am lucky to be coached by him!!!
