Let's face reality. Once we reach the age of 40 (or in some cases earlier), we feel things aren't going as smooth as when we were younger. We add on a few pounds, we have a less regular workout regimen, sleep may be a little off, recovery is slower and there are maybe some recurring or niggling injuries we can't seem to get rid off. Trust me, I have been there and can relate to some of the struggles you are going through. 

There are options of course. You may want to try to get back on track by yourself, which is admirable. But, with the overload on information available on the internet and elsewhere it's easy to get frustrated, overwhelmed and struggle to get clarity on 'Where to start and what to do next'.

If you are serious about your Health and Fitness and you are committed to making the rest of your life, the best of your life, you need a holistic approach. Focusing solely on the (limited) time of the day you're spending in the gym, is not enough.
