The first step in your journey is a consultation. You and your coach will be working for an extended period of time together, so it's important to get to know each other. This first consultation is an in depth conversation between you and the coach to allow for a better understanding where you're coming from (past experiences), and where you want to go to (your goals).

We will help you improve your nutrition. Whether it's about your intake, the quality of food, intolerances or sensitivities, macro and micro nutrients, whether you want to stay lean and healthy or you need nutritional refinement for peak performance, we will help you refine your nutrition profile along the way.
