Physical activity has been part of my daily routine for several years now. It is essential for my physical and mental health. I always had the best intentions when I work out, and thought that I knew how to get stronger, faster and fitter to be able to get better at obstacle racing, which is a major interest of mine. I was doing crossfit, boxing, body pump, HIIT, etc and yet I still felt that I was slowly improving my fitness level.
I've known Peter for many years now and I was very intrigued by his new approach to private coaching. I thought if I want to become the best version of me, Peter is the guy. This certainly required a lot of energy and commitment but it also gave me a sense of purpose and drive thanks to Peter’s relentless guidance and encouragement. It only took a couple of month to see the changes in my fitness level.
I am grateful that Peter took a personal interest in me, listened to me, asked the right questions, made a full assessment and then presented me with a program that is tailored to my requirements and to tackle my weaknesses.
With every passing week I can see the difference and I cannot wait to see each week's new program. This certainly adds novelty and keeps me motivated. When coach Peter says he knows best, he sure does. I am lucky to be coached by him!!!
I used to do sports on a daily basis without having specific goals and after a while realized that if I wanted to make progress I needed something different. A programme that takes into consideration my strengths and weaknesses, as well as my goals, and that keeps me motivated.
When I discovered what B3F coaching offers I knew this was something that would serve my needs. My coach tailors my programme in such a way that he keeps me challenged and he pushes me bit by bit out of my comfort zone, however, without discouraging me.
What I really appreciate is the holistic approach of B3F. It's about a healthy mind in a healthy body. So it is not just about the actual workouts, but also about nutrition and lifestyle advice (both on which I did not focus much on in the past). I learned to listen to my body: How much sports feels right to be challenging and not exhausting? When do I need to take a break? What are the impacts of poor vs healthy nutrition, as well as a good vs a bad night of sleep? My coach keeps me motivated and I start internalizing his advice. Bit by bit I get stronger and healthier.
My journey with B3F coaching is the best thing that could happen to me and I can only recommend it. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, your programme is entirely tailored to your needs, capabilities and goals and It keeps you motivation and you feel so satisfied once you notice your progress. The best part is that you do not have to bother about what to do. Your coach figures it out for you and integrates it into your programme.
